My name is Jennifer Reed and I am a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker SDC, Ruidoso, NM. My primary objective as a real estate professional is to assist my clients achievement of their real estate investment goals. And to do this while helping to provide a stress free transaction based on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and experience. I have been selling property in Lincoln County since early 2011 and have closed sales totaling over $22 million. In addition I am currently Client Success Manager for Ruidoso Vacation Rentals. I have been involved in the property management industry with Ruidoso Vacation Rentals since 2017. This combination of complimentary careers has provided me with an in depth knowledge of both the resort and investment property real estate trends and the short term rental industry.
